Returns are accepted with proof of purchase. Product must be unopened and items in mint, original condition. All sales are final on clearance items. For the safety of our animals, no returns or refunds on any medicinal products or injectables. All special orders must be prepaid. No returns, refunds or exchanges on special orders.
